Ok so its not done done. But it is usable.
So where can you get this cheap port of c code? my svn repo. Gem coming soon

I would like to add this to the time and date ruby classes. So I say its not complete because we have big plans for it. Time.now.next_full_moonpp MoonPhase.moon_phase(Time.now+(-1*24*60*60)) #=> 0.999248104082693
